We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that candidates have the skills, qualifications, and experience you require, but we do not guarantee that any candidate will be suitable for your specific needs.
6.3 Any engagement of a candidate introduced by us is subject to separate terms and conditions agreed between us and you, including our standard terms of business for recruitment services.
6.4 Fees for recruitment services will be as set out in our standard terms of business or as otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery Services – Specific Terms
7.1 Our delivery services are subject to separate terms and conditions agreed between us and you at the time of booking.
7.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods within any agreed timeframes, but we do not guarantee delivery times and shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with the sender unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cleaning Services – Specific Terms
8.1 Our cleaning services are subject to separate terms and conditions agreed between us and you at the time of booking.
8.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to provide cleaning services to the standard agreed with you. If you are not satisfied with the standard of cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service being provided, and we will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue.
8.3 We are not responsible for any damage to your property arising from our cleaning services unless caused by our negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
