Job Description
We are recruiting Support Workers to assist individuals with varying needs, including learning disabilities and physical disabilities, to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Assist with accessing community activities and appointments
- Follow care and support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment
Skill & Experience
- Experience in a support role is beneficial but not essential
- Positive, proactive, and supportive attitude
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with service users
- Understanding of person-centred care
